Lady Tarin è una donna che fotografa donne. Non è la prima e non sarà l'ultima, ma nel suo sguardo c'e' una libertà che poche hanno.
Tarin mette a nudo le sue modelle e, prima ancora, le mette a proprio agio in un dialogo tra donne in cui l'erotismo è il filo conduttore. Un erotismo che lei stessa definisce "forza vitale che si basa sulle possibilità della donna di abitare il proprio corpo" perciò lontano anni luce dagli stereotipi.

In occasione del Photo Vogue Festival, quest'anno intitolato "The Female Gaze", Lady Tarin  accetta la sfida del Crepaccio -la vetrina orchestrata da Caroline Corbetta- e lascia l'obiettivo, e la sua comfort zone, per diventare curatrice.

A sorpresa Lady Tarin sceglie Laura Vendramini, giovane artista italiana di 24 anni, che non usa la fotografia ma il disegno per raccontare, con pochi,essenziali tratti di penna, la sensualità e il piacere della donna e la sua vera identità. Perchè, come va ripetendo Lady Tarin, sia a parole che con le sue immagini, "l'erotismo è la massima espressione di libertà".

Lady Tarin is a woman taking pictures of women. She is not the first doing it, and she will not be the last one, but her gaze has an uncommon freedom.
Tarin lays bare her models, only after putting them at ease, speaking with them, talking about erotism. To her, erotism means “vital strength based on the women's possibility of living their body” - so far away from any stereotype.

On the occasion of Photo Vogue Festival, titled this year “The Female Gaze”, Lady Tarin takes on Il Crepaccio’s new challenge, leaving her camera to be a curator for once.

Suddenly, Lady Tarin chose Laura Vendramini, young Italian artist of 24 years old, that draws to narrate in few pen's lines the sensuality, the pleasure, the real identity of women. This is why, as Lady Tarin keeps on saying and representing in her photos, “erotism is the main expression of freedom”.
